Shipping
We offer shipping across India, with customers typically receiving their orders within 7-8 working days.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or additional charges applicable to their order.

Delivery Policy
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- If the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- Refunds will not be initiated for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
- You may request a reshipment with an updated address, and we will dispatch it on the next working day.
Cancellation Policy
We have a liberal cancellation policy, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order.
- Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
- Orders containing customized products cannot be canceled if customization has already started.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of order placement will be refunded, minus a processing fee of ₹50.
- Cancellations requested after 2 hours will not be accepted.
- If an order is placed without uploading the required image for a customized product, we will notify you via email. If no image is provided within a week, the order will be processed without customization, and no refund will be issued.
Returns & Replacement
Baniamart offers a replacement guarantee only if the received product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us here within 2 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The item received is physically damaged (must be proven with an unboxing video).
- The item received has missing parts or accessories (must be proven with an unboxing video).
- The item received is different from its description on the product detail page.
- The item received is defective or does not work properly (must be proven with an unboxing video).
- Claims must be submitted within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Important: No refund or replacement request will be processed without an authenticated unboxing video supporting the claim.
If your refund or replacement is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 24 working hours.
Printing Terms & Image Disclaimer
All product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to variations in screen brightness, contrast, and resolution.
We do not guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be 100% accurate to the actual product.

Limitations on Returns
- We do not accept returns if the customer has ordered the wrong item.
- Returns are not accepted if the product is disliked by the customer.
- We do not exchange or refund products that differ slightly in color due to monitor display differences.
- For Exchange Products , if customer fails to provide exchange product or provide a defective or product with missing parts then we may provide partial or no refund on item . Exchange Products are not eligible any return or refund .
- For Refurbished Products , refurbished products are only eligible for replacement or refund if the product recieved is either defective / missing parts or does not work as intended .

- Electrical Surges: Damage caused by power fluctuations, short circuits, or improper power supply.
- Acts of Nature: Damages caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, lightning, or fires.
- Accessory Damage: Warranty does not cover accessories such as cables, batteries, chargers, or cases unless explicitly mentioned.
- Lost or Stolen Products: We are not responsible for products that are lost or stolen after delivery.
How to Claim Warranty
If you experience an issue with your product during the warranty period, please follow these steps:

- Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

Warranty Processing Time

Shipping Costs
